🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.

  • Some items (like personal care, hygiene, or clearance products) may be non-returnable — this will be clearly mentioned on the product page.

How to Request a Return:

  1. Email us at support@purepick.in with your order ID, reason for return, and product images (if applicable).

  2. Our team will review and approve eligible requests within 1–2 business days.

  3. We will arrange a free pickup from your address (wherever serviceable).

Refund Process:

  • Once the returned item passes inspection, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we’ll issue a refund via UPI or bank transfer.

Exchanges:
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. You may return the item and place a new order.


❗ Important Notes:

  • Returns will not be accepted for damaged or used products.

  • If a product is delivered damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Refunds may be withheld if the returned item fails quality inspection.
